Technical check _ ENPARD Khulo project staff checks if full applications meet main criteria, such as:
Ext. experts _ Full applications are divided into four categories and sent to external experts. Maximum score is 100 point and mandatory minimum score is 50 point.
Site visit _ The project Grant monitoring assistant is visiting Full project applicants and checks if existed resources are as described in the full application. Maximum score is 20 point and mandatory minimum score is 5 point.
Khulo LAG evaluation committee _ The committee consist of 22 members. In every working day three randomly chosen members (each member can’t be chosen more than two times in a week) of the committee are gathering in ENPARD Khulo project office, reading full applications and evaluate them. Maximum score is 50 point.
ENPARD Khulo project manager has the right of veto at any stage of the competition.

Submitted projects are grouped according to the grant amount requested:

a. Low budget and medium size budget projects;

In case if submitted full project applications score equal points priority is given as listed below: 1. Applicant is Limited Possibility Person; 2. Applicant is female; 3. Applicant’s age is below 30; 4. Application is submitted by registered cooperative.
The projects list for the last stage will be approved by LAG RD grant commettee
In all other cases, which are not listed above, ENPARD Khulo project team and Khulo LAG’s management body will create ad hoc committee.
